KeymasterCan you suggest some music for these activities? Use the beats per minute as a guide.
- General stretch (approximately 90 beats per minute).
- Warm up (approximately 120 beats per minute).
- Cardio fitness (approximately 160 beats per minute).
- Warm down (approximately 80 beats per minute).
Here’s an example suggestion for each category:
- General stretch: Royals by Lorde
- Warm up: Thriller by Michael Jackson
- Cardio fitness: Hey Ya! by Outkast
- Warm down: Melt by Leftfield

Cardio fitness: ‘Shake it Off’ by Taylor Swift – Fast, catchy song that gels well with typical cardio workout.
Warm-down: ‘Sound of Your Voice’ by Third Day – A good, relaxing song to calm the athletes down.
