One of the most famous soccer coaches in the world has recently come under a great deal of media scrutiny because of unexpected lack of success. It is claimed that jose Mourinho of Chelsea has ‘lost the dressing room’; a metaphor to explain lack of confidence among key players. I am wondering what sports psychology can tell us about the techniques of managing team players with huge reputations and egos to match. is there a relationship between success in sports and narcissism?

I wrote a couple days ago, but am not sure on what forum I posted. I was thrilled to find this course online, and am very eager to commit to it, but I discovered it at a very busy time for me professionally. I understand the board is going to close on March 7 (thank you for the extension), and that it will be down for a few days for site maintenance. When it reopens, may I re-enroll and take the whole course then? I went through only the beginning few lectures and found them terrifically informative. Please let me know how to proceed so I don’t lose everything once the website closes tomorrow! Thank you, Elizabeth Hutter EKH3@Georgetown.edu
