I had one of those ah ha moments as I read through this section of the course. First of all, is anyone out there? Second: It is important to become aware, self-aware of the current ways that mood is managed, for successes and for times when not getting the results we want. Sports Psychology being a science can run a-muck when it tries to reinforce one groups strategies to manage tasks or moods/feelings because it says, “do this because it works for me…” However, what we should really reinforce is the general rules and principles that we follow and allow each individual to discover what resonates for him/her.
