Warm-up: ‘Counting Stars’ by One Republic – Relatively energetic song (but not hard on the ears) to get the athletes warmed up.
Cardio fitness: ‘Shake it Off’ by Taylor Swift – Fast, catchy song that gels well with typical cardio workout.
Warm-down: ‘Sound of Your Voice’ by Third Day – A good, relaxing song to calm the athletes down.
