    Can you suggest some music for these activities? Use the beats per minute as a guide.

    • General stretch (approximately 90 beats per minute).
    • Warm up (approximately 120 beats per minute).
    • Cardio fitness (approximately 160 beats per minute).
    • Warm down (approximately 80 beats per minute).

    Here’s an example suggestion for each category:

    Warm-up: ‘Counting Stars’ by One Republic – Relatively energetic song (but not hard on the ears) to get the athletes warmed up.

    Cardio fitness: ‘Shake it Off’ by Taylor Swift – Fast, catchy song that gels well with typical cardio workout.

    Warm-down: ‘Sound of Your Voice’ by Third Day – A good, relaxing song to calm the athletes down.
